If you want Google to index authenticated pages, you must configure the Google Search Appliance or Google mini. Also - what you suggest below is not allowed. You would be showing googlebot something different from what others can see, this is against the guidelines. Google published full instructions here. Again, there is nothing in the Flex SDK or from a Flex developers perspective I can think of that would have to be done.
