I'd have to say that if the question is whether existing code being 
dropped from Flash Builder should be picked up by the community and 
integrated into other IDEs, please keep it in the community, rather than 
let it sit in a repo somewhere on Adobe's servers never seeing the light 
of day again.

If we do re-design it, it would be helpful to have the source in order 
to understand how it was integrated into Eclipse.
