Suspect so. Most enterprise projects have dedicated UX which provides wireframes, measurements and high-fidelity designs to be implemented.

In the past 4+ years, I haven't come across anyone who loved this feature religiously. And, need not to mention that design view is super slow if you try to make FB read an existing screen...
