Flash Builder 4.6 still works great for mobile development. Seeing how 
Adobe isn't doing more Flex mobile development, Apache Flex will kick 
in, and adding SDKs to FB 4.6 is pretty simple.

I'm happy staying with FB 4.6 and don't plan to move any time soon.
