I agree, a daily reminder won't completely solve the problem.  There's no
good way to 'train' folks.  You can put it on a wiki or send it every day,
but if folks don't read it, it won't help.  In fact, there was a request for
folks to stop "top-posting", and folks still do (including you ;-))
