Oh... I don't understand the whole multiple round proposals. My impression was that each round would only include a subset of the full logos, which didn't make sense to me. If that understanding is correct, then we should go through all rounds so every entry gets considered.

  I don't think we need to decide anything like this.  At the end of the
voting; the one w/ the most votes wins; regardless of the percentage.
I was thinking more along the lines of deciding if we have a single
round or multiple rounds of votes. If on the first pass, a single logo
gets an overwhelming amount of votes, say>50% is good enough to call
it done vs doing a second round for no reason.
