That is not accurate, it depends how many existing pages, the admin
activity and history etc..
None of that is in the formal FB docs; but I'm not surprised that FB docs would be incomplete or inaccurate.

I think I did what you should have done in the first place the day
Flex project was approved but again I deleted the page so now it's all
yours (or whoever is faster)
I tried; it says that the page is not available. I have no idea what the FB process is for "releasing" something after it has been used.
