A couple of suggestions about the logo voting: 1. If you go for PMC-only voting, if possible I would recommend you use surveymonkey or some other online service to take the votes in a way that the tally cannot be seen until the end, so as not to advantage the final voters. For example, if you use a PMC vote on this mailing list with the ability of assigning 5 points (one proposal), you will allow the final voters to make the binding votes by assigning all 5 of their points to one of the only two horses left in the race, if you know what I mean. 2. I only tuned in to all this the other day, but already I saw a few comments on logo proposals where people praised the Apache feather. I personally would prefer it not to be present. Nevertheless the point I want to bring across is: is it your desire that Apache be emphasised in the logo? Because if so, the apache relation should be noted in the "Inspiration" part of the guidelines, otherwise good entries will lose credit because they didn't put a feather or Apache reference in that they didn't know was meant to be there.

But if you do print, I hope this signature doesn't cause the message to go onto an additional page. Because that would be kind of stupid, wouldn't it?*
