Sorry... Heh, I did say I wasn't trying to be rude or a downer, it's hard
to convey tone over a mailing list. I guess I'm just strongly opposed to
both polls and trying to define "Best Practices" for Flex. There are so
many approaches to how to code in Flex that I just don't think it's
feasible to come up with a document that suits everyone. I never use
bindings, don't use Script tags in MXML, don't use event handler setters in
MXML, etc, etc... However that doesn't mean everyone should do the same as
me, those are just my _personal_ preferences and I'm not here to write or
try to impose those decisions on other Flexers. Some people might think my
approach is stupid, I like it. Either way I think discussing it on this
list is a waste of precious volunteer time and as such this will be my last
response on this topic.
