If the lines are flickering/moving, then I would suspect either the monitor, video card or cable.
If they are stationary, and you have verified that they are not in the file, I would suspect your video card driver. The following q's may help you to identify the fault: - Do they appear in all programs? At the same location? - Has this problem just appeared? - What happened just before, new software/hardware perhaps? Try changing your resolution - if it vanishes it is almost certainly your video drivers - download a new set off the web, or reinstall your existing ones. It may also be worth reinserting the video card in case it is a bad connection there. mark t Preben said: > > I'm experiencing between one and four thin lines in almost half my > images. > > The length, position and orientation seems completely random.... > > ...but I have since seen them on transferred > images > > (there was nothing wrong with the images on the other computer. snip This message was sent through MyMail http://www.mymail.com.au ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Unsubscribe by mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], with 'unsubscribe filmscanners' or 'unsubscribe filmscanners_digest' (as appropriate) in the message title or body
