I've cross posted this to a few groups...Not sure who might have the answer.

We just got out Spectrocam Pro, and want ot use it to adjust our monitor (which it's
supposed to do).

When went to the 'Monitor Calibrator' (under 'File'), the first time, we got a prompt
that said we had the
wrong version of Colorsync (which we then corrected). Now when we go back to 'Monitor
Calibrator', nothing
happens. Absolutely nothing.

We tried reinstalling the software, nothing.

We know that the Spectro is getting power and working because when we hit 'init'
(initialization?), the
spectro light source blinks, it will also calibrate the white reference.

Any ideas? I would really like to get this thing going.

Oh, I *have* contacted our dealer, and he has been trying to get us in touch with
someone who can help, but
the holidays seem to be interfering.

Our System: Mac G4 OS 9 (450)
(appletalk off)
Spectrocam Pro 1.5 software

Thanks in advance to everyone for their time on this, and Happy Holidays to all!
