No comments about the code, but given this patchset has started a policy controversy I'll state I'm in favor of including this external header. Not shipping this one for having a working external version but shipping the Nvidia one for being a custom working version of the unusable shit they made public is rewarding them for said user unfriendliness, as Mark clearly stated in a previous thread. So lets add this one, then figure out if we want any of them at all or not at a later point.
