As Boris's links clearly explain: Chrome rejects these licenses starting with version 61. My Opera "developer" build has recently been bumped to Chrome 61 (unlike Opera stable and Opera beta), that's why I noticed. IOW, only the bleeding edgers are suffering as of now. ;-) (Not sure whether Debian Sid is considered "bleeding edge" though.)
