Defamation is not only against the CoC - it's also illegal. In addition
to this, your behavior is quite embarrassing to the FFmpeg behavior,
especially since your dictatorship over the bug tracker makes you
sometimes seem "representative" of FFmpeg - which you are not, but
nonetheless hurts our reputation.
