I don't remember and don't have time to investigate if there has been such a request. At least, the 4 months period that comes out of nowhere as well as applying a new regulation to older misbehavior seem highly inappropriate. Somebody said 'Wichhunt' and this sentence indicates that you're just on a personal campaign. Either this should be a vote for the committee or a discussion but for sure not both.
