Look at > tests/data/fate/ffmpeg-filter_colorkey.err for details. make V=1 fate-ffmpeg-filter_colorkey will give you the commandline, and running that (or checking tests/data/fate/ffmpeg-filter_colorkey.err) will tell you the input file is missing. make fate-rsync will fix that.
