You (and maybe another biased person) are the only people in the whole 
community that beliece there is a problem.

I'll try communicating this in the most friendly way, because you probably 
didn't mean any harm, but sneaking this policy change in the middle of an 
unrelated set is pretty shady.

These words would mean more if you didn't occupy a position in one of the said 
companies you mention in the raw and you weren't already in a position of power.
