Technologically trying to remove mails like this is not possible. I'm not commenting on the content of the mails at all, but if the goal is to make it not visible, that ship has already sailed. Mails for FOSS projects like this one with public mailing lists get immortalized fairly quickly, even if you remove them from the server.
