Hi, Yes, we've dealt with this and it won't be a problem, noone will shutdown any service. At most (and if I may stress that's only if something serious happens) you may get contacted about it but no action will be taken without your knowledge and agreement first. As I said in my first email - you'll be completely autonomous.
