Could you acknowledge that at least some commits do not deserve
mandatory 3-line vapid comments?
Most developers can just put a 3-line meaningless text, but should
they? For simple commits at best it'll do nothing, and at worst
it'll confuse the reader because the text hinted at something better
left unsaid?
