Not really, it's about parsing "html"-like markup. The fact that it's generating ASS is accessory. It could be something else (if the internal representation of decoded text sub wasn't ASS typically, which could happen in the future). The complex logic really is about parsing that markup, I believe it belongs in this separate file. -- Clément B.
