deals with external resources as opposed to most other sections at
http://www.ffmpeg.org/documentation.html. It will be much easier to keep
it up to date.
Also, there are many instructional resources available, both free and
commercial, and it would be misleading to list only a few.
Feel free to create a page under '*Community Contributed
Documentation'*at https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki and add your free ebook
as an entry.
