Hello, this call i do already after avformat_open_input(&this->avFormatContext, fileNameChar, fmt, NULL); i guess my problem is that the above call (and a av_probe_input_format to the stream url) gives me always "mp3"/"MP2/3 (MPEG audio layer 2/3)" as format back, ffmpeg and ffprobe returns here "hls,applehttp" what the stream in fact is
i looked into the source of ffmpeg.c and ffprobe.c but could not figure out if they set here some AVDictionary options to the callse.
