It looks like "exec: fail2ban-client set asterisk delignoreip" is the first
error.
Maybe there is a way to run that command by itself from the command line?
I've never worked with actionunban or delignoreip, so I'm not familiar with them, but that is obviously where the
problem is.
Something is probably missing, or mis-named.
