Davor, Evolution is actually a Gnome app not a KDE app. Use gnome-control-center to set the defaults for it and all other gnome applications. BTW the command is gnome-control-center it's a bit flakey in my opinion when you are in KDE the best way may be to boot into gnome and then set it up and move back to KDE thereafter.
