Nothing seems "wrong" with the parts, but they still may not be
appropriate for your needs. What will the machine be used for?
Other things to consider:
How will you perform backups?
The RealTeks tend to be cheaper NICs and you could pay a penalty in
performance. Without knowing the needs of the server it's impossible
to say if this is a factor.
Are these drives SCSI or IDE?
