Another problem with this lame lock "feature" is when Mozilla freezes up and you have to killit. After which that lock file is still there keeping you from starting up another Mozilla unless you go and delete the lock file. This might not be a big deal to most of us but I've been trying to introduce new users to Linux and this is just another pothole on the road to bringing regular users to the linux desktop.
