O.K. will have a look at that one..  1 problem that I had was with
"msec" it kept changing the permission of the /usr/sbin/exim_base file
and some of the other directories..  I solved the problem via 
"rpm -e msec" but if I was building a totally Mandrake rpm that anyone
could use i would have to address that issue.  I guess i would have to
design the RPM to place a line like

/usr/sbin/exim_base       exim.mail              4755

in /usr/share/msec/perm.* files  not really sure about msec though.. 
there is only so many hours in day..    

BTW: exim works great on Mandrake    ;)
