Hi,

Yes the uid are fixed in Mandrake, by what I am not sure..  for instance
the ldap user is always 93..

I have finished the RPM of exim..  but did msec ever give me a
problem..  as exim has to run with sticky bit set..also sticky bit had
to be set on /var/spool/mail..    Oh well the best trick I done was 
"rpm -e msec"  as when I set permissions, and who owns what, I done want
my linux system to change it in the back ground..
