Hello everyone:

I seem to have a problem compiling a simple hello.cpp program:
"""""""""""""""""""""""""
#include <iostream.h>
int main()
{
  cout << "Hello, world." << endl;
  return 0;
}
"""""""""""""""""""""""""

The error I get is:

[sboothe@poretz sboothe]$ gcc hello.cpp
gcc: installation problem, cannot exec `cpp0': No such file or directory
[sboothe@poretz sboothe]

For the record here is the output of some hopefully meaningful commands:
