I do not quite undestand what you're trying to accomplish... But!
Yes.. there is an option on KMail to 'delete messages on the server'.
Then you decide if you also want to delete those messages locally,
but it is available under KMail.
If you go to setting, then network.. and then under your account name 'admin'
or whatever else you use, hit Modify... that will allow you to modify your
account and select the option 'delete mail from server' on the left side. of
the display box.
