Thanks.  That seems to answer my confusion.  For now I'll think of a kickstart disk as
an automated script that answers the questions that the CD installer would otherwise
ask you.  (I'll probably wait awhile before trying to understand it more clearly, as I
don't have any way to apply it immediately.)
