All my remote users will be coming in via USWest, could I add the
following to /etc/access to give full access to any host at uswest?:
uswest.com RELAY
then adding this to the .mc file:
FEATURE(access_db)
Would this reject everyone else outside my domain except those coming
in via uswest (isp)? Would my local users have full access to send
and receive mail?

Sendmail 8.9.0 or newer has relaying disabled!
Does this mean that NO mail will be accepted from any domain/host
outside your domain, unless that host/domain is added to the
/etc/mail/access file?
I guess I'm a bit confused between accepting mail destined for your
domain, allowed remote users sending mail via your host and a
spammer
using your host as a relay?!
One other thing, is it worth using FEATURE(rbl)??
