rpm -Uvh ftp://crypto-mirror/openss{h,l}* and you should be set.

Of course you wouldn't use telnet to login, but ssh from a remote machine.
PS: There's something very broken about the Reply-To: address you set. It
is: "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"@mandrakesoft.mandrakesoft.com, which is most
surely not even faintly correct.
