First off, I agree that the list is WAY too sluggish.
Second, you need to keep in mind one thing about LM: It's
DESIGNED to be more "aggressive" than RedHat. It's bound to
be a bit more "buggy." OTOH, since it defaults to KDE and
has a lot more apps and stuff installed "by default," it's
also more "user-friendly."
I also agree that PCMCIA needs to be fixed. However,
someone (one of the main developers, I think) figured out
what part of the problem was (at least with the PCMCIA.IMG)
and has made a "fixed" version available. Go back and find
the URL for the fixed PCMCIA image in the archives. Should
have been about a month or so ago.
