*Role: MS Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant* *(Must have Technical Exposure on MS-CRM Customization and Implementation)*
*LOCATION: Columbus, GA* *Long term Contract* *JOB DESCRIPTION* • At least 1- 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst working on Dynamics CRM solutions with at least one end-to-end CRM implementation. • Use CRM workflow technology to automate business processes • Stay abreast on updates and new releases in CRM technologies (Microsoft and its competitors) • Educate end-users on CRM functions, Agile Scrum experience preferred and working knowledge of Agile tools like Agile Accelerator • Certification: Agile/ Scrum Master desired • Review and finalize design with offshore Technical Lead and Realogy IT team/Architect. • Work with offshore Technical Lead and development team for sprint planning • Work with Proxy Product Owner to get requirements understanding and clarifications • Work with onsite Solution Architect for Architecture design for requirements. • Work with development team, Solution Architect, Proxy product owner for sprint planning. • Work on individual implementation work items • Brand on boarding for Realogy by adding Climb and Corcoran • End to end project ownership and delivery from onsite • Excellent communication and prior experience on Dynamics CRM • Contribute to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams Please email us your resumes to recrui...@nityainc.com/nitya.recru...@gmail.com Thanks & Regards Mounika recrui...@nityainc.com -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel?
