  s\ pusa sub suzeranitatea Portii  iar
 la sud de Muntii
  Balcani s-a constituit Rumelia
 Orientala. Rusia ocupa
  Kara  Ardahan  Batum. Anglia prelua
 insula Cipru.
  S-a prevazut independenta Serbiei si

 omania si-a proclamat neutralitatea fata de primul conflict balcanic  dar a 
privit cu ingrijorare razboiul  mai ales prin prisma interventiei Marilor 
Puteri. La 10 iunie 1913 Bulgaria  nemultumita de rezultatele tratativelor de 
pace  a atacat pe fostii aliati.   incepea al doilea razboi balcanic.  in 
aceste conditii  cand situatia din Peninsula Balcanica se complicase la maximum 
si tindea sa se modifice  Romania a decretat mobilizarea. Toti contemporanii au 
fost de acord ca aceasta a semnificat in fapt ruperea legaturilor cu Puterile 
Centrale si in mod
