I'm trying to follow.There are easier ways to load the array from the cell
values, but I'll get to that later.
But:You said that you have 50 rows. that means that with:lr =
Activecell.Cells(.Rows.count, "A").End(xlUp).Row + 1
lr (last row) = 51you set:size = 100So, for your loop:For b = lr - (size - 1)
To lr
b = 51 -(100-1) to 51orb = -48 to 51
so this should produce an error when you execute:
cmail(ab) = Cells(b, cold(7)).Value
What are the values in column "C" rows 1-27?from your use of cold(), they must
be integers.
Can you send me a sample file?we can step through it and figure out what
happens in the second iteration.

Hello

Iam trying to Loop so that it matched a string and then fills cells in that row.
say i have 50 strings to be matched  and then update date on that row, data i
have stored in ARRAY

here is my part of code where I am struck

++++++++++++++++++=
cm = 1

For i = 2 To lri

If Cells(i, 7) = cmail(cm) Then
Cells(i, 15).Value = stat1(cm)
Cells(i, 16).Value = stat2(cm)
Cells(i, 17).Value = ccdate(cm)
Cells(i, 18).Value = ctime(cm)
cm = cm + 1
End If

Next
