Here's one attempt: Copy the values in C5:H8 to J5:O8 the Conditional formatting in cells C5:H8 make the cell yellow if the value equal the corresponding value in the J5:O8 cells. If you CHANGE the value in one of the cells, the color is cleared. I'm sure there are other ways to accomplish this.But it seems to work.
