Working knowledge and proven experience as a billing and accounting system business analyst within all phases of the software development life cycle. Strong analytical skills are required including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. General ledger and cash disbursement systems working knowledge and experience are also required. Candidate must have experience defining use cases, test scenarios, process models, functional and non-functional requirements, specifications, tasks and workflows. Proven experience in analyzing, developing and documenting recommendations for business and technical use of data components, business processes and related business information reporting. Experience in leading and conducting joint application design (JAD) sessions to elicit requirements and feedback. Strong knowledge of RDBMS, SQL and experience in logical data modeling. Must have business and information architecture working knowledge and experience.
