Dear Friends, I need your expert advice in a Formula, I will have to create a Smallest formula to calculate employees leave balance. this formula would calculate that how many leaves will carry forward of an employee. Conditions are mention below.
If Employee joining date is before 1-Jan-12 and he have more or equal to 10 leaves balance than he is eligible for 10 leaves Carry forward. If Employee joining date is after 1-Jan-12 and he will be eligible for 0.83 per month leave carry forward as per prorate basis If his leave balance is negative the 0 leave will carry forward I have attach a file in which i have used a formula, which is giving me a correct picture, but i want a smaller and combine formula.
