Hello Kiran, Have you considered the approach of using web queries? Excel can automatically retrieve data from URLs that contain tables or XML/RSS and put it in a worksheet. Excel can also automatically refresh the data from the web on a set schedule if desired. The feature works in all version of Excel since Excel 97 (with some limitations to support in Excel 2008 on the Mac).
