screen tips to a particular cell?? In a nutshell what I am trying to say is, my 
data will change every month and I need something by which my screen tips will 
change month on month... Kindly let me know..

Like I mentioned yesterday, you can use hyperlinks with custom screen tips
in small shapes placed on top of your actual image, and make those shapes
transparent. If you need an example of how this can be done, revert.
