I wanted to know, how do we go ahead about making office application interact with other applications. I mean, legacy applications, some MS- DOS kind of applications(which we some time even use to process orders or fetch info for our organisations etc.). I learned that I can use some Shell commands, but I really do not understand the difference and the boundaries in which i can have office applications interact with any other applications. What i need help with is, please let me know, what kind of applications(other than office applications), I can interact with and in order to do that what specific branch of VBA i can use. Along with this, if you can help me with some learning resource, that would be kind on your behalf friends. Thank you !
