Hi Anubhav,

You can prevent repetition of PO Numbers by Data validation.First select The
PO column.Then in The Data Menu  go to Data Validation.in that Select  Data
Validation option.You will get a dialog box with three options.Select the
Settings button.you will get a drop down list under Allow. you select custom
in the drop down list.You specify the criteria(your conditions) in the
small box given below and press OK . Excel will not allow and repeated
number. You can also specify the message to be displayed or error alert to
be given in case of any error in the data which is not in conformation to
your conditions specified  by using the Input Message and error alert
options.You can also highlight the data which does not follow your criteria
by using the Circle Invalid Data Option.
