Hi All, I have a query.
I maintain a sheet of Project PO's (purchase orders) and PO numbers go in 1000's... These entries are done manually and there can be manual error by which the same number gets repeated. (the entries are not done in serial, i.e., after PO no. 1, the next can be 12.. followed by 7. ) Hence i want to avoid the repetition error in PO numbers.. Eg. of error: In *row 32* the PO No. is 125 and by manual error again in *row 200* the PO No. is 125. The sheet's various columns are like: *Sl / Party Name / PO No./ Date / Details / Amount* * * Here my main concern is PO number. And i want to ensure that this no. does not get repeated. Is there any way by which there can be a flag or signal that its getting repeated Request your suggestions..
