After checking out your excell workbook, IMHO the best is to develop
a .vbs that does both things: grab the specified data in the different
excel files and insert them in the database. Still this problem: if
the end user starts this .vbs, he must have access to the database;
else i the .vbs is operated centrally then, the initiative is no
longer in end user hands...

My proposal: a .vbs operated centrally after end user signs off on his
data entry...

Let me know and I'll make you a working sample of such .vbs

Better solution would be an internet application, storing data
directly in a MySql file... I can develop that in ASP on hired space
(one.com e.g.), but that would demand more development and higher cost
(need of password protection i.e. management etc.)

Shall I proceed with the .vbs solution ? Tell me exactly which ranges
from which sheets to import...
