Hi Rahul: you will need to provide a LOT more information than this if you want anyone to assist you with this problem. The first thing I noticed when I opened your workbook was that you password protected your macros. That's not a great start, because it prevented me from trying to understand what you mean by 'IT'S VALIDATE OPTION'.
