Hello,
To remove starting letters from the cell the following nested function can be
used:
=RIGHT("000000"&RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-MIN(FIND({0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9},A1&"0123456789"))+1),6)
Where A1 = "ABC Company 435"
Assuming only 6 digit number is expected.
