Hi. First of all I apologise if this has been covered already. I have
spent hours looking at various solutions which are similar to what I
want, but not exactly right, and I am an Excel novice so I am not able
to modify other code.

I have a workbook with two worksheets. For argument's sake they are
called Blue and Green.

"Blue" is the sheet where the user inputs some basic data (their name,
date of birth etc). Green is a template form.

I am trying to set up the following process:

1. User selects a month of the year from a drop-down list on "Blue"
2. User hits a button
3. Excel generates a copy of "Green", places it at the end and renames
it according to the month the user selected in the drop-down box.

I would be grateful for any help!
